SCAPPOOSE COMMUNITY CLUB IS SPONSORING THE SCAPPOOSE BIGGEST LOSER EVENT.

There will be TWO Informational Meetings Tuesday, January 8th & Thursday, January 10th, both meetings will begin at 7pm – in the cafeteria at Otto Peterson School, 52050 SE 3rd Street, Scappoose, OR 97056

Weigh-in:
First Weigh-in: Tuesday, January 15th, 2013*
Last Weight-in: Tuesday, May 7th, 2013*
Weekly Weight-in: Every Tuesday 6:15 pm – 7:45 pm at Otto Peterson School
– weigh-in 6:15 pm-7:00 pm
– guest speaker 7:00 pm-7:30 pm
– results & drawing 7:30 pm-7:45 pm

Entry Cost:
$50 (if registered before 1/11/13)
$75 (if registered from 1/11/13-1/15/13)
No registration accepted after 1/15/13

Prizes:
Grand Prizes: Biggest Loser (Top 10 at minimum)**
Prize Drawings: Weekly Prize Drawings for participants with an overall weight loss
and meeting program requirements**

*Grand Prizes will not be awarded to participants who do not attend the weigh-ins on 1/15/13, 2/12/13, 3/12/13, 4/19/13, 4/30/13 & 5/07/13
**Actual prizes (amounts and quantity) will vary depending on the number of participants. Up to $10,000 in prizes!

Program Details:

  • Participants do not need to be from Scappoose.
  • Returning participants that have won grand prizes in previous years will not be eligible for grand prizes.
  • Please wear shorts or exercise pants and t-shirt at weigh-ins for consistency.
  • Limited to 200 participants maximum.
  • All results will be reported as a percentage. Actual weight will be kept confidential.
  • Username will be unique identification for anonymity purposes in posting weekly results.
  • To participate submit registration with payment by 1/15/13.
